So sad, my sincerest condolences to the family and friends. May he RIP. xo
Steve was a lovely caring man. He was kind to those around him and was a real softie for animals.
He a great Grandpa to Nicole,Thomas and Catherine. Thomas learned lots about chess with Steve. He was remarkable as a cyclist . He could ride for miles and miles and loved it. His good humour and friendly manner was engaging making anyone his friend. Brilliantly expert in his domains of plumbing he was constantly solicited for complicated undertakings.
We all miss him. Pat and Pierre.
A long time friend with whom I have so many fond memories, I met Steve in high school, and we were buddies since then. In later years, we had many fishing trips together, each one an adventure. Then later on, when we both became dads, we took the kids model rocket flying. Exciting and fun times, sharing these escapades with our kids. I have even been privileged to have an excursion with him on his sail boat.
I will cherish all of these memories, and I offer his wife, Elaine, and all of his kids, my sincerest condolences.
Rest in peace, Steve, and may we meet again some day.
My deepest sympathies and condolences to Elaine and family. May he rest in heavenly peace and be by your side always.
