Jean Wasacz Biernat
1944-2025
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Jean Biernat (Wasacz) announces her passing on December 28, 2025 at the age of 81 years.
Jean was born in Montreal on February 25, 1944 to Michael and Sophia Wasacz. Her greatest joys were her family, get-togethers with friends, reading and music, especially Elvis.
She is survived by Edward, her husband of 62 years, 3 children Barbara (Brent), James and Karen (David) as well as 4 grandchildren, Nicole (Bradley), Hillary, Tristan and Nicolas and a great-grandson Michael. She will remembered by her sister Helen, many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive condolences at Lakeshore Cardinal funeral home, 560 Lakeshore Drive, Dorval 514-631-1511 on Sunday January 4 from 11:30 a.m to 1:30 followed by a chapel ceremony.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
